Do I have to pay for the initial consultation?

We offer a free initial consultation to assess your specific needs. One of our staff members will go to your home at a time that is convenient for you.

Do I have to pay for these services?

Yes, you have to pay for these private services.

Do I have to sign a contract when I use your services?

We do not require a service contract from you. However, it would be greatly appreciated if you contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to cancel an appointment.

Do you provide equipment?

Each of our specialists and staff members bring the equipment needed for their work. Regarding housekeeping, products and accessories are provided by the client.

Do you offer professional services?

All of our employees are qualified to do their jobs. We ensure the professionalism of our staff and the quality of the care they provide on an ongoing basis.

How can I be sure your staff is competent?

We are rigorous in selecting our staff. During the hiring process, we ensure that every employee has the diplomas, permits and any other documents required to perform their tasks. Each employee must obtain a criminal record check (including for the vulnerable sector) six (6) months or less prior to commencing work.

Do you keep a record for your clients?

Each of our clients receives a guide during their first meeting. When a client decides to use our services, we keep a record of each intervention and service received. A copy is available at any time at the client's and at our offices.

Can I have the same person come to my home for my services?

Whenever possible, we strive to assign the same people to our clients in order to facilitate communication and the efficiency of our services.
